Chairman Jim Mullett

Jim’s decades of experience in business provides the Foundation with business opportunities and enterprises to further our goal of raising funds to improve local patient services.  Jim has also many years’ experience with health care, having been a member of the Health Community Council and is a well known and respected community member who is able to represent the community.

Deputy Chair Daryl Corpe

Daryl’s profession as a Chartered Accountant provides the Foundation with a wealth of knowledge in accountancy and financial planning.  This is invaluable with annual Queensland Audit Office responsibilities.

Catherine Parker
As a lawyer, Catherine assists the Foundation with legal advice across the entire range of activities from project contracts to volunteer contracts as well as more general day-to-day advice.

Lynne Forgan      

Not only is Lynne a local government councillor but a local businesswoman and a senior district leader of the Lions.  Lynne assists the Foundation with a wide variety of community projects, fundraising advice and gains the support of service clubs in the area.

Gary Kirk

Appointed Chair of the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Board in 2012, Gary Kirk was appointed to represent this office. He has has almost 40 years experience in the public education system in Queensland as a school teacher and later as principal until his retirement in 2010. He has contributed to the community for nearly two decades, and for the past two years he has operated a small business in the tourism sector.

Ross Peddlesden 

Former ABC Wide Bay Radio manager, Ross has years of service to the community through various organisations.

Fiona Sewell

Queensland Health Appointee as per the Hospitals Foundations Act – Fiona is Director of Nursing and Midwifery Services for the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service District (North).

Tina Wallace

Queensland Health Appointee as per the Hospitals Foundations Act – Tina is Director of Allied Health for the Wide Bay Hospital and Health SErvice District (North)
